Briefly: iPod nano - first impressions
- Super First Look: Apple Computer iPod nano (most extensive first look yet; notes that the screen, while quite good, is not up to the full-sized iPod’s standards; also mentions the “variable line-out” on the Nano Dock which “uses line attenuation to let you dampen the iPod’s natural line-out volume level when you’re using the iPod’s volume control”)
- First Look: iPod nano – First impressions of a cool way to put 1,000 songs in a very tiny pocket (“And the nano feels perkier than my other iPods, scrolling very quickly through a window full of songs, moving rapidly from one screen to the next, and flying through pictures.”)
- iPod Nano Combines Beauty, Function (Mossberg had a few days to test it; bottom-line is that it lives up to the hype and the battery claims seem to be accurate)
- iPod nano: dissected (lots of pics—how they got the strength to open such a beautiful looking device is beyond us, those cruel bastards) [via]
