‘iPod tax’ in Japan won’t come any day soon
Remember when the Japanese music industry wanted a 2-5% tax on all portable digital audio players to compensate for their losses The request is going to be put on hold for now—according to a subscommittee’s report (to be released this) the entire fee system should be reviewed by fiscal 2007.
