Apple asks IOPS to stop selling iPod mini knockoffs or they’ll sue
Apple asks IOPS to stop selling iPod mini knockoffs or they’ll sue: they think that the Jock and Z3 look too much like the iPod mini—Apple wants IOPS to stop selling said models, compensate’em for lost sales and issue an apology on three South-Korean newspapers. Side-stat: IOPS is the 5th largest MP3 player seller in South Korea.
