Pricing of music downloads under investigation: New York attorney Eliot Spitzer investigates whether the major labels have violated antitrust laws in the way they’re pricing digital music downloads. Also, upon hearing the news, subscription music services found the chance to complain about the wholesale pricing policies they face and may have tipped Spitzer to have a look too. [via]
