Review: SanDisk Sansa e270
Review: SanDisk Sansa e270: I had high hopes for this player (first presented at CES 2006) and I’m not really disappointed. CNET’s giving it an “excellent” nod along with a 8/10 rating.
Drawbacks: buttons surrounding the scrollwheel are a bit difficult to use, low system noice be heard through headphones at low volume levels (?!), photos and videos must be converted through included software before you can enjoy them on the device.
High marks for: “decent sound quality, processor performance, and battery life”, features (FM tuner/recorder, voice recorder) and video capability, durability (cough iPod nano cough), a clean and usable GUI, a scrollwheel that works and feels nice.
